Kate & Kole Gold Coast Residency - 10 Year Tour

The three-day residency blended client appointments with intimate gatherings, creating meaningful moments for friends of the brand to connect with founders Sara and Maddy. Hosted at the Mondrian Gold Coast, the setting paid homage to the brand’s seaside Newcastle studio. I led the event strategy end to end—from concept development and logistics through to vendor coordination and influencer guest list management—directing the creative vision across the event experience and content capture, and securing partnerships with Bordan Candles, Mondrian, Maison Essentiele (who presented their bridal edit in a dedicated suite), Dr Diamond, and Antipodes Water.
